Role

We are looking for a young and dynamic Solution Architect with 8+ years of experience in a solutions

engineering with 5+ years of experience in a presales role specifically in a Cloud & Virtualization domain

Job Description:

  • Working with Account Managers and Partners to manage the technical sales cycle(Both

Pre & Post Sales solutioning activities) to ensure new business opportunities come to

fruition and generate revenue for the company.

  • Design and Propose Cloud architecture using opensource Cloud orchestrator (Primarily

CloudStack), Virtualization and automation technology in a complex multi-tenant

environment

  • Proactively engage with customers and prospects to demonstrate our solutions and

effectively communicate the key differentiators.

  • To set the stage for successful implementation by assisting customers with initial

product evaluations and testing.

  • Connecting the dots between the technical requirements of a project and the business

requirements is elemental to the success of this position.

  • Respond to RFIs or RFPs, communicating the Product's differentiators.
  • Prepare and deliver differentiated solution presentations or technical proposals.
  • Manage and/or deliver technical validation activities including Proof Of Concepts.
  • Build relationships, enable and work with our partners to find and realize opportunities.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience with the implementation of cloud solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Thorough understanding of Cloud Technologies & Concepts, working knowledge in at-

least one of the leading Private Cloud Platforms like VCloud, OpenStack, CloudStack etc.

  • Thorough understanding of Virtualization concepts of the leading hypervisors

(ESXi/KVM)

  • Thorough understanding of container technologies, especially Kubernetes
  • Strong knowledge of network and application security, infrastructure hardening,

security baselines, web server, and database security

  • Knowledge of other enterprise products and solutions like Storage, Security and

Compute solutions

  • Excellent written communication skills, experience of preparing technical proposals, RFP

responses and BoQs

  • High Excellent presentation skills and composure in front of all levels of technical and

business customers or prospects

  • Ability to work within a dynamic and fast paced international environment
  • Proven experience of managing Proof Of Concept activities for customers in the Cloud

Domain.
