Job Description We are seeking an experienced Power BI Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP data integration to enhance and optimize our existing Power BI dashboards. These dashboards currently support Procurement analytics, including purchase orders, savings, i Supplier data, and financial metrics. The consultant will collaborate closely with our Procurement team to improve efficiency, scalability, usability, and overall reporting performance. This role requires proven expertise in advanced Power BI development, data modeling, DAX optimization, and dashboard design—with a strong focus on integrating and transforming Oracle ERP data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate existing Power BI dashboards for performance, design, and data efficiency. Optimize data models, queries, DAX measures, and refresh processes for large Oracle ERP datasets. Redesign or enhance visualizations to improve user experience and adoption across the Procurement function. Collaborate with the Procurement and Data teams to ensure dashboards align with business requirements and KPIs. Implement best practices for data governance, row-level security, version control, and refresh scheduling. Recommend improvements to performance, scalability, data reliability, and reporting architecture. Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and user enablement training when required. Skills & Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Dataflows, Paginated reports). Strong experience integrating and transforming data from Oracle ERP (Supply Chain / Procurement domain preferred). Proven expertise in data modeling, ETL, performance tuning, and optimizing refresh cycles. Solid understanding of Procurement analytics datasets such as: Purchase Orders (PO), Supplier / i Supplier data, Savings & Spend data, Finance and cost metrics Ability to create intuitive, interactive, and scalable Power BI dashboards and reports. Familiarity with data governance, security, and role-based access. Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) Oracle ERP/Analytics certifications (added advantage) Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
