- Requires experience in designing and developing EIB's, Studio, XSLT, DT, PECI.
- Ability to have design discussions with the client.
- Coding proficiency, ability to write design/technical specifications, conduct code reviews, understand integration strategies, perform data conversions, understand how HR interfaces with other modules.
- Experience in understanding and interpreting technical design documents, Integration Landscape.
- Knowledge of PECI, WECI Core HCM / Benefits / Payroll Connectors is preferred.
- Familiarity with any HR ERP, Middleware such as Taleo, Kronos, Cornerstone, Informatica, Cast Iron, MuleSoft, SOA, ADF etc. is a plus.
- Excellent Communication Skills are required.
