Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives
Qualification: Any graduate with relevant experience.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Receptionist & Operations Coordinator to join our Physiotherapy Clinic. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills, helping us deliver exceptional care and a seamless experience to every patient.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the clinical team, including:
- Registering patients, managing phone calls, handling email & WhatsApp inquiries.
- Following up on leads and coordinating appointments.
- Managing incoming referrals, mail, and other documentation.
- Ensure smooth clinic operations by efficiently managing patient appointments and minimizing wait times.
- Address patient inquiries—whether in-person, over the phone, or via email—to ensure a welcoming, professional experience.
- Update patient records and maintain accurate demographic and medical data.
- Handle payments via POS, GPay, Paytm, and maintain basic accounts.
- Prior experience in a medical office or physiotherapy clinic is preferred.
- Administrative or customer service experience (ideally within healthcare) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with any practice management software is beneficial.
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, email communication, and ideally electronic charting or e-fax systems.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Well-organized, proactive, with the drive to grow this role into a leadership position.
