We are looking for a motivated and professional Tele Counsellor to join our team. The role involves connecting with prospective students and parents, explaining our services, inviting them to attend webinars and visit our office, and guiding them towards making informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with leads generated through different channels.
  • Convince and motivate students/parents to attend our webinars and seminars.
  • Counsel clients over the phone and in-person at our office.
  • Explain our services, admission guidance, and counselling process clearly and effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide proper guidance throughout their journey.
  • Keep track of client interactions in CRM and report daily/weekly updates.
  • Support the counselling team in achieving admission and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (any stream), preferably with experience in counselling, tele-calling, or sales.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills (English & Hindi; knowledge of regional language will be an advantage).
  • Good listening ability, patience, and client-handling skills.
  • Confident personality with the ability to build trust and rapport over the phone.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email).
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹11, ₹25,000.00 per month
