Position: Associate – Pre-Sales Department: Real Estate Pre-Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–2 years Location: Pune (On-site) Role Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Associate – Pre-Sales to support real estate sales operations by engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and coordinating closely with the sales team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in real estate pre-sales and sales support. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Lead Generation Engage with potential customers through telephone calls to generate and qualify leads via meaningful conversations Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about projects, offers, and promotions Understand customer requirements including budget, preferences, and timelines Follow-ups & Relationship Management Conduct regular follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and maintain strong relationships Gather client feedback and update relevant details for future engagement Site Visit Coordination Encourage and persuade prospects to schedule and attend project site visits Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth site visit experiences CRM & Data Management Maintain accurate daily records of all client interactions in the CRM system Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper lead status updates Collaboration with Sales Team Share well-qualified leads with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers Support the sales team with relevant prospect information to improve conversions Performance & Process Improvement Monitor individual performance against assigned targets and KPIs Track lead conversion metrics and contribute to performance reports Follow defined pre-sales processes and suggest improvements for better efficiency Candidate Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree (BA or equivalent) Skills & Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (mandatory) High attention to detail and ability to follow scripts and processes Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office (preferred) Target-driven mindset with willingness to learn and grow Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
