  • Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and leads generated via online/offline channels.
  • Explain program details, curriculum, career outcomes, and institute policies.
  • Conduct career counselling sessions, seminars, and webinars as required.
  • Maintain follow-up with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Maintain accurate student records in CRM and ensure timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with the placement and training team to ensure smooth student support.
  • Meet admission/enrollment targets and contribute to team goals.
