Job Summary:

The Mystery Shopping Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the mystery shopping program are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
  • Monitor project progress against plans and suggest corrective action
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to Project Partner
  • Ensure compliance with Do's and Dont's agreed with the vendor
  • Manage vendor relationships, including performance monitoring, and issue resolution
  • Provide assistance and support to Project Partner
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide meeting minutes and action items
  • Facilitate the development and execution of project plans
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and Consolidated Report for the month
  • Review case reports, proof of visit and recordings received from vendor
  • Upload results in the in-house application and communicate to the internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field
  • Experience with mystery shopping programs is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
