This is not another typical corporate job - you’ll work directly with the agency’s leadership, contributing to strategic decisions while managing real client campaigns that deliver measurable impact. If you’re someone who learns fast, enjoys taking ownership, figures out things independently and thrives in a collaborative, family-run business setup, we’d love to hear from you. What we’re looking for: 1–2 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Programmatic platforms, and eCommerce (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking Proactive, problem-solving mindset with adaptability to change Confidence in managing client communication and campaign coordination What you’ll do: Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across digital channels Preparing campaign reports and analysing key campaign insights & learnings Collaborate closely with the leadership team to scale digital initiatives Work on live campaigns where your ideas directly influence business results Qualifications: Media planning and analytical skills Strong communication and writing ability Certified course in Digital Media (preferred but not mandatory) This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a legacy agency’s evolving media ecosystem - where every idea matters and every success is shared.
