The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketing professional with a passion for driving growth and optimizing campaigns. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels including search, social, display and email. You will work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure that campaigns are aligned with business objectives and performance metrics.


Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in managing Google Tag Manager (GTM), UTMs, and visual dashboards like Looker Studio, Super metrics, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Develop and execute integrated performance marketing campaigns across various channels including search, display and social.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and manage budgets for campaigns and ensure that spending is within budget.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics including cost per acquisition (CPA), return on Ad spend (ROAS) and conversion rates.
  • You will work closely with the Account Management team to ensure that campaigns are aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Seeking to gather information and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta, Ads, TikTok and other performance marketing platforms.
  • Experience with HubSpot or additional CRM’s
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills is a MUST
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization
