Job Description

Will be responsible for:

·        Creating test cases.

·        Creating test requirements.

·        Creating user acceptance criteria

·        Application Testing and Quality Assurance.

·        Review of software requirements.

·        Preparation of test cases / plans.

·        Scripting tests to run within the organization’s Cl/CD processes.

·        Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) Reporting of defects.


Requirements

·        Tertiary qualifications and/or applicable training in application programming courses and/or International Software Testing Qualifications.

·        Minimum of 5 years' experience as a software application tester working with:

·        Security Penetration Testing.

·        UX Testing

·        Ul Testing

·        Integration testing of API’s

·        A good understanding of the software development process.

·        Proficiency in coding applications in Java, Python, and other languages.

·        Good written and verbal communication skills.


Requirements
· Modifying the database structure, as necessary, from information given by application developers. · Enrolling users and maintaining system security. · Controlling and monitoring user access to the database. · Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the database. · Maintaining archived data. · Contacting database vendor for technical support. · Generating various reports by querying from database as per need. · Perform database monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning. · Optimize database access and allocates/re-allocates database resources for optimum configuration, database performance, and cost. · Manage schema changes and implementations. · Implement advanced database security features. · Audit user activity to ensure integrity and performance of the database. · Establish standards, policies, and procedures for data management. · Define and implement alerts on data. · Develop reports and ETL packages in line with Business Intelligence best practices and procedures. · Data warehousing. · Will be responsible for developing ETL packages and data warehousing, as well as develop reports based on user needs.
