JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinating marketing strategies across multiple channels

  • Managing budgets for media and marketing campaigns

  • Building relationships with international and domestic media outlets

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  • Execute Market research, Competitor analysis etc and give valuable insights to sales team

  • Develop quarterly plans and execute the plans ensuring regular monitoring of product listings, product detail and product presentation.

  • Directing the company's social media strategy and ensuring company's presence on each social media platform

  • Day-to-day management of digital media/social networking campaigns including coordinating creative production with agency partners for marketing material as well as media team for content.

  • Working closely with the sales team for developing marketing strategies for specific regions and locations

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales team members to work on strategies and tasks relevant to lead generation meet business goal

  • Generating leads through paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and SEO.

  • Evaluate and finalise influencer and market products through influencer to generate leads and increase the sales.

  • Create weekly mailers and broadcast it

  • Conduct monthly webinar

  • Find ways and implement it to increase traffic on website

  • Increasing brand visibility and customer acquisition across multiple channels

  • Develop implement and monitor new campaigns associated with product launches

  • Lead and mentor the marketing and Media team, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

  • Managing third-party vendors and in-house employees in the marketing department including the graphic designers

  • Listening to customer feedback from customer service reps and social media platforms

  • Ensuring the design and development of marketing material including presentation, catalogue, posters, videos and animations according to the requirements

  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

  • Partner with HR for leveraging digital media for employer branding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹900,000.00 per year
