Het verlenen van klantenservice diensten voor twee producten:
- Voucher voor diensten - gebruikt voor schoonmaak, boodschappen doen, vervoer voor mensen met
een beperking.
- Kaart - (maaltijdcheques en restaurantbonnen) / Elektronische vouchers voor het kopen van
verschillende producten (Ecopass, Lunchpas, Sport- en Cultuurpas, Consumptiepas,
Geschenkkaarten)
Je gaat inkomende oproepen en e-mails over het gebruik van vouchers, bestellingen, terugbetaling en uitwisseling beantwoorden;
- Je geeft uitleg aan klanten over de procedure met verlopen vouchers;
- Je gaat klanten begeleiden bij het inlogproces als ze daar moeite mee hebben;
- Je helpt klanten bij wijziging van persoonlijke gegevens;
- Je zult klanten helpen bij het bestellen van nieuwe kaarten/vouchers;
- Je helpt klanten bij bestellingen die niet zijn aangekomen;
- Je ondersteund de klant die heeft betaald maar geen cheques heeft ontvangen;
- Je helpt de klant met een verzoek om fiscale certificaten voor belastingen;
- Je gaat informatie verstrekken over de wettelijke voorwaarden voor het gebruik van vouchers.
Vereisten
- Middelbare school diploma;
- Referenties van vorige werkgevers;
- Ervaring aan de telefoon met klantenservice is een pluspunt.
- Ervaring in de zorgsector is een pluspunt.
- Nederlands - moedertaal, zonder accent
- Frans - moedertaal, zonder accent
- Engels - communicatieniveau
- Inlevingsvermogen - in staat zijn om zich in de schoenen van de klant te plaatsen. Toont respect en mededogen.
- Stressmanagement (werkt goed en blijft gefocust en kalm onder druk en een hoge werkdruk)
- Positief denken (glimlach - enthousiast)
- Zelfvertrouwen (niet aarzelend, zelfverzekerd zijn in de eigen capaciteiten op een positieve manier)
- Productiviteit (in staat zijn om een grote hoeveelheid werk (taken) in korte tijd uit te voeren terwijl de vereiste kwaliteitsnormen worden gerespecteerd)
- Gerichtheid op resultaat (gericht op het behalen van resultaten en doelstellingen)
- Flexibiliteit (gemakkelijk aanpassen aan veranderingen, nieuwe beleidsregels en procedures, open staan voor feedback en meerdere taken tegelijkertijd beheren)
Requirements
Vloeiend Nederlands sprekend en goed Engels (B2); Minimaal MBO Diploma; Bereidheid om 40 uur in shifts te werken; Dat je een VOG aanvraagt en deelt met de werkgever; Jij minimaal een jaar in Portugal wilt wonen en werken; 10 dagen training volgen (betaald).
