Role Overview
As a Communications and Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping SOPL’s brand narrative across digital platforms. You’ll develop creative strategies to amplify our sustainability initiatives, highlight our heritage, and engage with diverse stakeholders globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Craft engaging content, including posts, blogs, videos, and infographics, to showcase our expertise, products, and values.- Social Media Management: Manage SOPL’s social media accounts and website, including content scheduling, community engagement, and analytics tracking.- Storytelling: Highlight our sustainable practices, innovative designs, and local community empowerment.- Brand Building: Develop campaigns to enhance brand visibility and position SOPL as a leader in apparel manufacturing.- Internal Communication: Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to gather insights and promote company achievements.- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and social media innovations.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or content creation (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or related sectors).- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.- Knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and best practices.- Passion for sustainability, Indian culture, and the fashion industry.- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
