  • As a Product Designer at NewFold, you will own the process of conceptualizing and designing relevant, intuitive and new experiences.
  • You will flex both your fundamental concepts and your craft to translate complex customer problems into clean and focused designs.
  • You will work closely with a team of passionate designers, product manages and developers, in a fast-paced high performance environment.
  • You will be required to establish a shared understanding of the user, their problems, motivations and behaviors, and effectively communicate recommendations to all stakeholders.
  • You will also speak to users consistently and will be required to conduct user interviews using industry best practices.
  • Your passion for design and strong command over interaction and visual design concepts will guide the cross-functional team

Expert in:


  • Creating Compelling Graphics: Knows how to communicate the bar of our products via high quality graphics that follow design laws, symmetry, colour theory etc.
  • Prototyping Tool: Comfortable in creating hi fidelity mocks using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Moqups, Axure, Visio etc
  • User Research and UT:Proficient in the art of interviewing users to uncover behaviours and motivations. Conducts usability tests to determine effectiveness and refine interactions
  • Layouting:Creates scalable & fluid layouts using grid system. Is well versed with spacing, super positioning and grouping. Is able to carry forward consistency across.
  • Iconography & Illustrations: Crafts simple and appealing icons. Should be imaginative and creative and is able to create beautiful conceptual illustrations.
  • Typography:Understands the art and technique of typeface and its key concepts. Should be hands on with type scale, kerning and other font properties.
  • Establishing Strong IA:Logically thinking through the structure and defining levels of information and navigation. Creating wireframes with principles of hierarchy and the right order of things
  • Designing for Delight: Understands users’ motivations and emotions and is able to steer design beyond the usable, into the delightful
