Job Description: UI/UX Designer (Product Designer)

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research & Analysis:

o Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

o Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.

o Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and prioritize user experience improvements.

  • UI/UX Design:

o Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our mobile application.

o Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

o Develop user flows and sitemaps to communicate design ideas effectively.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

o Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts.

o Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

o Communicate design rationale and user-centered design principles to the team.

o Contribute to KPI-driven growth by designing features that improve user engagement and retention.

  • Usability Testing:

o Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on design prototypes.

o Iterate on designs based on user feedback and test results to enhance usability and user satisfaction.

  • Visual Design:

o Ensure that the visual design aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and enhances the overall user experience.

o Create visually appealing graphics and icons for the mobile application.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product design or user experience design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user research insights, and final designs.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for mental wellness and an interest in meditation, fitness, and personal development is a plus.
