Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Customer Service Teammate located in Sadar. The Healthcare Customer Service Teammate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about healthcare products and services. Daily tasks include handling phone calls, emails, and chat communications, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role demands strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in handling phone calls, emails, and chat communications
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Empathy and strong interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or a degree in a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with healthcare products and services is advantageous
