
Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (70% Focus):
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical, paramedical, support, and corporate roles.
- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create recruitment plans.
- Source candidates using various channels – job boards, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for niche healthcare roles.
- Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and manage pre-joining formalities.
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Track recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, vendors, and institutions.
HR Generalist (30% Focus):
- Assist in onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees.
- Support performance management process, including appraisal coordination and feedback sessions.
- Handle employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support HR operations including attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Contribute to employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records, documents, and HRMIS.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience with strong exposure to healthcare hiring.
- Proven track record in recruiting clinical, non-clinical, and administrative staff.
- Familiarity with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office,HRMS systems, and job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
