Qualifications:

Lead development & validation of HVAC electrical components and EV electrical systems.


• Work with CAN Matrix for ECU communication, diagnostics & system integration.


• Prepare & review DFMEA to identify potential failure modes and ensure robust design.


• Conduct design validation & testing using tools like CANalyzer, INCA, LabVIEW, MATLAB/Simulink (or equivalent).


• Perform measurements with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, and data loggers.


• Support HV & LV electrical systems testing in EV segment including wiring harness, connectors, relays & sensors.


• Ensure compliance with automotive standards (ISO, AIS, IATF) and safety guidelines.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation & resolve design/validation issues.


• Document technical reports, test results, and provide inputs for continuous improvement.
