Your work will directly contribute to adsinstore’s growth and the future of in-store advertising.Responsibilities:Retail environment immersion:

Spend time in chain retail stores to understand shopper behavior, traffic patterns, and operations.Expansion of operations: Identify potential screen placement locations for new stores and oversee the screen installation process along with associated activities.Installation & Test of adsinstore app at stores : Assist with app installation on screens across stores & troubleshoot issues, if any. Guide & train the store staff on screen operations.Vendor Management:

Liaise with local vendors/screen manufacturers & ISP for installation & maintenance related activities. Coordinate with vendors in case of any day-to-day issues.POC for Operations : Be the point of contact for the local chain Store Managers for all operations related activities and oversee daily operations.Creative brainstorming:

Contribute to the development of processes & streamlining operations.Data analysis and reporting:

Analyze data on app, screen & network performance to generate insightful reports.Requirements:Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communication or a related field.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Openness to learning and adapting to a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel locally & conduct regular store visits.Duration:3-5 monthsLocation:Based in Kolkata.
