Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:

Ø To drive overall marketing strategy to support business objectives in alignment with corporate policies.

Ø Help to build communication Strategies, Brand’s USP, to achieve sales target and calibrate the sales team about the product.

Ø To drive new products strategies right from ideation to launch as per customized demands of focused markets.

Ø To drive corporate and product branding exercises for better customer engagements.

Ø Continuous tracking and analysis of competitor activities.

Ø Marketing Budget Preparation and execution as per country specific requirements.

Ø To analyze customer coverage activities vis CRM platforms, engage with field team if required and take corrective action to align them better with sales objectives.

Ø To liase with International Business team and help them serve market.

Ø To ascertain effectiveness of marketing and promotional exercises using digital platforms and take effective steps wherever necessary.

Ø To organize participations in global/regional/local exhibitions of repute.

Ø Execution of key account management activities in liaison with regional business teams.

Ø To contribute to development of technical and marketing specs of products wherever necessary.

Ø To organize trainings in terms of technical and marketing USPs of product mix to new joiners.

Ø To organize field trials and testimonials for technical promotion of key products.

 

Education/Other requirements:

Education/Other requirements: Master’s in veterinary medicine (Must),

MBA – Marketing (full time preferred),

Diploma in Digital (optional)

 

Experience and Exposure (No. Of years):

8 – 10 years with atleast 3-5 years of overseas marketing
