Organization Design, Workforce Planning & Job Evaluation
Compensation Strategy, Salary Benchmarking & Annual Planning
Performance Management, Rewards Process, Promotions & Internal Movements
Succession Planning & Talent Pipeline Management
This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives on strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and making a tangible impact on people and performance.
Qualification - MBA in Human Resources with 5-7 Years experience
