We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at PharmaSuppliers.online. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy and execution to promote our online marketplace for pharmaceutical buyers and suppliers. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to attract new customers, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive conversions through effective lead generation strategies.
  • Manage the company's website and ensure it remains up-to-date with relevant content and features.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.



Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the B2B or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and marketplace dynamics is a plus.
