The NCLEX Trainer is responsible for the development, maintenance, and delivery of a comprehensive, engaging, results oriented training program that is consistent with United State Board of Nursing practice acts, sharpens the program participants knowledge of nursing fundamental.

QualificationBSc Nursing graduateMust have active USRN licenseBasic Domain knowledgeMinimum 1 year of experience as NCLEX TrainerMinimum 2 years of Hospital bedside experience

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesIdentifies gaps between the desired state and the current state of knowledge and developing customized training curriculum that is scalable and provides EXL a competitive edgeEstablishes and defines the structure of the learning contextDesigns, develops and deploys training curriculum content and resources to prepare nurses for NCLEX-RN exam.Formulates effective exercises or assessments for essential learning improvementsImplements and demonstrates effective training methods (i.e. test-taking strategies, etc.)Monitors and evaluates operations, programs, processes and/or practices for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvementDeliberates scholars that need support & coachingTraining need analysis, researching, designing and developing content such as module outlines, presentations, trainer’s guide, participant’s guides and other training materialConveys leadership to scholars and teams within scope.
