Marketing Lead - 5-10yrs - Full Time (Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad and Remote)


At Yavda Analytics we are looking for a Marketing Lead who can increase leads and awareness for our business.


As a B2B Marketing Lead at our company, you will:


  • Drive our marketing end-to-end - both planning and execution.
  • Create a marketing plan for the product sales growth, get approval for budget and timelines, and then implement the plan.
  • Market research for competitors' products, customer demands
  • Achieve growth through effective campaigns in target channels - social media, Search, Content marketing, affiliate/influencer marketing, etc.
  • Identify and hire a small internal team, freelancers, small agencies, and contractors and manage them
  • Measure and Prove your results


Additional Expectations from you:


  • You have to be passionate about achieving big, ambitious and hard-working. We are willing to pay a premium for the right fit.
  • Requirements 5-10 years of experience in marketing - demand generation
  • Very strong with Advanced Excel formulas and tools (Tableau and Power BI are a plus)
  • Demonstrated results in running successful marketing campaigns targeting conversions and awareness
  • Measure results with Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Experience in managing external agencies and contractors
