  • Responsible for Handling Customer Inquiry, Submitting the Quotation, Following up on the quotation, Preparing Purchase Order, Submitting Invoice, Eway Bill, and Payment Follow Up (Needs to be made in ERP).

  • Responsible for Handling Customer Service Request and ensuring bill raising against service given of each service engineer.

  • Ensuring Customer Receives their site report once customer has visited the site along with Invoice.

  • Tendering Preparation and Submission.

  • Assisting the other Back Office Staff

  • Handling Indiamart and Calling Customer for Inquiry received.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹28,000.00 per month
