Our Fortune 500 medical device client has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Clerk/Receptionist I. 

 

Job Summary:  

The Clerk will be responsible for processing all accounts payable checks and ensuring their timely distribution. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries related to check payments via email or phone. The Clerk will also be responsible for labeling storage containers with contents and descriptions, preparing record file containers for off-site storage, and responding to record requests. 

 

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:  

• Process all accounts payable checks and distribution.  

• Respond to questions associated with check payments via email or phone with high customer service.  

• Labels storage containers with contents and descriptions.  

• Prepares record file containers for off-site storage.  

• Responds to record request via phone and/or email.  

• Enters requests into an established computer database.  

• Follows procedures used to perform job functions.  

• Performs other duties as assigned. 
 
Qualifications: 
• Well organized 
• Excellent Customer Service 
• Must be able to collaborate with various teams. 
• Excellent written and verbal skills. 
• Comfortable with Microsoft skills   

• HS diploma required. 

• Must be professional with commitment 

• Must be willing to learn. 

• Knows how to use SAP, desired — not required.  
 

Other Details: 

  • Schedule: 08:00:AM - 04:30:PM EST 

  • Contract Duration: 12 months 

  • Onsite at Marlborough, MA. Could possibly have remote work every Friday.
