Night Auditor

Sei appassionato/a di ospitalità e desideri essere parte di un team dedicato al lusso e al comfort? Il Forte Village Resort, rinomato complesso turistico in Sardegna, sta cercando un/a Night Auditor per arricchire il nostro team accogliente.

Responsabilità:

  • Accogliere gli ospiti con professionalità e cordialità al momento del check-in e check-out.
  • Fornire informazioni dettagliate sui servizi offerti dal Resort e sulle attrazioni locali.
  • Rispondere alle telefonate e alle richieste degli ospiti in modo cortese e tempestivo.
  • Collaborare con altri dipartimenti per garantire un'esperienza senza intoppi ai nostri ospiti.

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Receptionist d'Hotel.
  • Eccellenti abilità comunicative e relazionali.
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, costituisce titolo preferenziale una seconda lingua straniera.
  • Familiarità col PMS Opera
