JOB DISCRIPTION:Designation: Project Sales Engineer (PAN India)1. To handle customers and Consultants in the assigned territory.2. To achieve/ exceed the annual target.3. To develop new customers and retain the existing customers.4. Timely collection of dues from customers.5. To minimise bad debts.6. To submit various reports to the management in a timely manner.7. 100% compliance to company systems and processes.8. To make regular visits to the customers.9. To keep track of projects coming up in the region and to liaise with the project team and other regions to ensure enlistment and participation in projects.10. Vendor registration and getting approvals from project consultants/ OEMs/ End Users in the assigned territory.11. Participation in tenders pertaining to the Region.12. Collecting market intelligence and sharing the same with the management on regular basis.13. Participation in trade exhibitions and seminars.14. Continuous feedback to Engineering Team for product improvement and latest trends.15. Customer / Competetor mapping. ResponsibilitiesClearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations Partner with the sales team to generate leads Find and maintain prospective clients Provide general technical support to clientsQualificationsAbility to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads Willingness to travel Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
