Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth by providing technical expertise to potential clients and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role requires a strong technical background combined with excellent sales and communication skills to effectively present our products and services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and solutions.
Identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities for new business.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the technical capabilities and benefits of our solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and deliver customized solutions to meet client requirements.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a sales engineering or similar technical sales role.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
