Key Responsibilities:

  1. Environmental Monitoring

  2. Monitor and control temperature and relative humidity (RH) in warehouse areas using rSCADA systems.

  3. Warehouse Operations

  4. Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods.

  5. Ensure proper arrangement and palletization of finished goods as per SOPs.

  6. Coordinate raw and packing material dispensing activities as per production schedules.

  7. Waste Management & Documentation

  8. Manage handling and disposal of spillage, damaged, rejected, expired, and obsolete materials.

  9. Ensure destruction of waste materials post management approval.
  10. Oversee timely closure of change controls, CAPAs, deviations, and investigations in Trackwise.

  11. Maintain and monitor the scrap yard for compliance and cleanliness.

  12. Maintenance & Housekeeping

  13. Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of warehouse areas.

  14. Verify cleaning records and ensure readiness of the area as per GMP requirements.

  15. Coordinate with maintenance teams for any abnormalities related to building, mechanical, or electrical systems.

  16. Documentation & Record Keeping

  17. Ensure all documentation is maintained as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  18. Compliance & Safety

  19. Ensure adherence to cGMP practices and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies within the warehouse.

  20. Equipment Verification & Calibration

  21. Oversee verification and calibration of weighing balances used in warehouse operations.
