Job Brief  We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to oversee complex engineering initiatives spanning Full Stack development and AI/ML solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, program management skills, and stakeholder leadership to ensure successful delivery of high-impact programs. Key Responsibilities • Program Ownership: Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology programs across Full Stack and AI. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate between engineering, data science, product, QA, and business teams to align priorities. • Roadmap & Execution: Define program roadmaps, break down complex projects into milestones, and manage dependencies. • Agile & Process Management: Implement and manage Agile/Scrum processes, ensuring teams deliver on time with quality. • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and blockers, and implement mitigation strategies. • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates on progress, timelines, and risks to leadership, clients, and team members. • Technical Insight: Understand architecture, AI/ML workflows, and product design to support informed decision-making. • Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to best practices, security, and responsible AI deployment standards. • Team Enablement: Foster collaboration, track productivity, and support engineers and program leads in achieving success. Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 8+ years of overall technology experience, with at least 3 years in program/project management. • Strong technical background in software development (Full Stack) and/or AI/ML workflows. • Proven experience leading complex, multi-team programs with cross-functional stakeholders. • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and program management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments. • Willingness to travel to Chennai when required. Nice-to-Have • Prior experience in AI/ML program delivery (model lifecycle, data pipelines, deployment at scale). • Cloud-native program management (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Certification in PMP, PgMP, CSM, or SAFe. • Experience in startup or product development environments.
