Description:Role Overview:We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with 35 years of experience in the fintech industry. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional programs, coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams, and ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives that drive business impact.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs in a fintech environment.- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to define program goals, scope, and timelines.- Track program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.- Ensure alignment of technical initiatives with business objectives.- Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders effectively.- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and ensure best practices in program execution.- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, transparency, and delivery quality.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 35 years of experience as a Program Manager / Technical Program Manager in a fintech company.- Strong understanding of fintech products (payments, lending, digital banking, wallets, UPI, etc.).- Hands-on experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical project management.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.- Ability to analyze technical and business problems and propose effective solutions.- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management tools.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working with engineering teams on APIs, payment gateways, or financial platforms.- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
