What you will do:Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.)Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability for client requirements.Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews for shortlisted candidates.Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback in ATS and Excel.Learn about different recruitment strategies and techniques.
What we require:Any graduate with a keen interest in HR and recruitmentStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPersonal Laptop / Desktop with reliable internet connection and a dedicated distraction free workspace to work during office hours.
