Job Description :
Experience: 10-18 yearsLocation- Hyderabad
Requirement :
Strong full stack development skills in Python, including frameworks like DjangoExperience with UI modern frameworks, like ReactJS OR Angular. Good experience with MySQL - designing the database schema, writing queries, etc.Good experience ? Strong problem-solving skills and solutioning complex problemsExperience in drafting best coding practices and designing highly scalable, secure, and easy to maintain software solutionsSolid analytical skills with the ability to refine strategic, technical roadmaps and synthesizing to make improvements and recommendationsLeads complex, cross-functional projects involving technology and business resourcesAbility to continuously drive results, display a high level of confidence, inspire and motive team performanceAble to architect, design, review and document high level and detail solutionsProvide hands-on support in implementing critical components across the entire stack, from front-end, middle-tier, back-end, infrastructure and data stores to automate and scaleExperience in building large scale platforms that deal real-time complex transactions, and ability to troubleshoot distributed systemsKnowledge of core cloud services and serverless approaches, and infrastructure as a codeWorking closely with Product owners and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and design software solutions to meet the product requirements
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee the clusters of product engineering function, driving innovation and strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.Technical Leadership: Own a set of clusters/ modules within the product and act as a primary point of contact as well as subject matter expert in those areas. Experience with front-end technologies. Strong experience with back-end frameworks. Extensive experience in programming languages in Java stack and ability to help teams write maintainable, scalable, and unit-testable code.Product Management: Work closely with the features/epics provided by the product owners. Ensure the implemented features are unit tested and ready to be integrated into the product.Collaboration and Team Building: Work with product management and business teams to ideate technology strategy and line up initiatives around the same. Drive design discussions and decisions around building scalable and modular architecture.Innovative solutions: Stay on top of the software engineering ecosystem, propose and implement new technologies/methodologies as per the business needs.Strong Agile and processes
