- Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Manage employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with local laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification is a plus.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Experience in a hybrid work environment is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of HR operations,recruitment, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (knowledge of Keka HRMS preferred) and other HR software.
