  • Manage employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with local laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives:

Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Experience in a hybrid work environment is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations,recruitment, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS (knowledge of Keka HRMS preferred) and other HR software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
