Key Responsibilities / Functions / Role:

  • Lead the planning and execution of complex casino gaming projects (iGaming) related to creative & gaming development, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Candidate will Lead and grow Affiliate partnerships towards iGaming vertical and build team under them.
  • Candidate should have sound knowledge in betting/casino/RMG domain and would take complete ownership of vertical.
  • Candidate should have good connects with International affiliates with WW traffic
  • Aggressively recruit new affiliates & partners for the iGaming brand.
  • Knowledge of genuine inventory & publishers - SEO, PPC, Telegram channels is must.
  • Handling direct and indirect models CPA/CPS/CPT/CPL campaigns.
  • Onboarding new Partners (Advertisers & Publishers) on regular basis.
  • Monitor affiliate activities and potential fraud or violations of the program.
  • Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme.
  • Analyse campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
  • Meet and Exceed monthly goals.
  • Deliver Reports to Affiliates and Clients.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in same domain.
  • In-Depth and up-to-date knowledge of the Online casino igaming market/trends and affiliate programs.
  • Great command on verbal & written communication skills.
  • Should have knowledge of campaign setup, tracking platform, S2S integration.
  • Delivery of large-scale campaigns across various models/verticals.
  • Familiar with tracking dashboards such as Affise, Afftrack, Offerslook etc.
  • Thorough knowledge of attribution platforms like Appsflyer, Branch, Singular, Adjust, kochava etc.


Salary:

Rs. 10 Lakh CTC + Highly Incentivized Salary Structure for Performers.
