Our mission is to provide innovative, reliable, and scalable software services that drive efficiency, enhance productivity, and foster growth.Role DescriptionThis is a contract Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Consultant role located in Bengaluru. As an EDI Consultant, your responsibilities will include implementing and supporting Electronic Data Interchange solutions for our clients, analyzing EDI system requirements, designing workflows, and troubleshooting system issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EDI systems, provide technical expertise and guidance, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

4-6 years Prior experience as an EDI Consultant or in a similar roleStrong understanding of Electronic Data Interchange standards and protocolsProficiency in mapping and transforming electronic data between formatsExperience with EDI software, such as IBM Sterling B2B Integrator or equivalentKnowledge of retail industry EDI transactions and standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT)Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldRelevant certifications in EDI or related technologies are a plusNice to have.

FTP/SFTP, AS2 protocolsOpentext Trusted Link (TLE)SAP SDUnixExperience in TLE tool in Unix environmentMapping workbench expertiseExperience in partner onboarding from TLE-OCC standpoint (Setting up events and managing application & communication)Industry
