Specialist

Responsibilities:Addressing the patient's requirements and concerns and making the pre-paid appointment.Convert leads for the company through telephone conversations email or WhatsApp or any other medium or platform used by the company from time to time.Calling active and budding clients to encourage the branch visit or telephonic consultation or online consultation.Be aware of the latest industry trends as a tele sales executive and implement them while having discussions on call.Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.Maintaining the database of customers with 100% accuracy regularly in the CRM/ Excel/Google Sheets etc. as per the requirements.Giving genuine feedback to the Marketing Manager about the leads on a daily basis, in writing or by email.Improving your sales and communication skills on a regular basis through the training and books provided by the company on a regular basis.Developing in-depth knowledge of queries and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer’s needs and preferences.Attending every call with empathy and enthusiasm to win the trust of the patients/customers for higher conversion rates.

Required skills and qualifications:Graduate or Diploma HoldersPrior experience working as a telesales executive in a hospital or a pharma company or in a similar roleGreat communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in English is a must

Preferred skills and qualificationsProven record of meeting sales targetSelf Learner and believer, who believes in target achievement.Active listening and Patience will be key factors in this roleImmediate joiners preferredOpen to learn and follow SOP as per company policy and procedures.
