Job Role: Telesales Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Addressing the patient's requirements and concerns and making the pre-paid appointment.
• Convert leads for the company through telephone conversations email or WhatsApp or any other medium or platform used by the company from time to time.
• Calling active and budding clients to encourage the branch visit or telephonic consultation or online consultation. 
• Be aware of the latest industry trends as a tele sales executive and implement them while having discussions on call. 
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Maintaining the database of customers with 100% accuracy regularly in the CRM/ Excel/Google Sheets etc. as per the requirements. 
• Giving genuine feedback to the Marketing Manager about the leads on a daily basis, in writing or by email.
• Improving your sales and communication skills on a regular basis through the training and books provided by the company on a regular basis.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of queries and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer’s needs and preferences.
• Attending every call with empathy and enthusiasm to win the trust of the patients/customers for higher conversion rates.

Required skills and qualifications: 

• Graduate or Diploma Holders  
• Prior experience working as a telesales executive in a hospital or a pharma company or in a similar role  
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in English is a must 

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Proven record of meeting sales target
• Self Learner and believer, who believes in target achievement. 
• Active listening and Patience will be key factors in this role 
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Open to learn and follow SOP as per company policy and procedures. 

Pay and Working  Days: 

• Pay: No bar for the right candidate
• Fixed Day shifts 
• 6 days working
• Work from the office only for the Mohali location
