Job Description:Experience in card Operations, Debit/Credit card, Credit Reporting, Credit ScoreShould have experience in chargeback domainExperience in Chargeback, Fraud & Card OperationsExperience in card Operations, credit card disputesResponsible for timely processing and downloading of settlement files for Visa/Mastercard.Complete tasks related to data entry, following up on requests, complaint management, reviewing credit report, researching the system and correcting the credit bureaus, general correspondence, researchGood communication skillsNotice period- Immediate to 1 Month

- Possess Good communication - verbal & written and listening skills- Understand the basics of "quality control" & "quality assurance"- Demonstrate professional competence.- Should have an eye for details.- Demonstrate ability to learn fast and possess good analytical and reasoning ability- High standard of ethical practice
