Dispute and Chargebacks, Credit cards, ATM, Fraud, chargebacks, balance transfer, SWAPS, merge


Minimum Requirements:

Any Degree should be Mandatory.

Work from Office.

Flexible to work with Rotational Shifts

Work Location will be HCL Chennai.


Job Description:

Experience in card Operations, Debit/Credit card, Credit Reporting, Credit Score

Should have experience in chargeback domain

Experience in Chargeback, Fraud & Card Operations

Experience in card Operations, credit card disputes

Responsible for timely processing and downloading of settlement files for Visa/Mastercard.

Complete tasks related to data entry, following up on requests, complaint management, reviewing credit report, researching the system and correcting the credit bureaus, general correspondence, research

Good communication skills

Notice period- Immediate to 1 Month


Desired Skills

- Possess Good communication - verbal & written and listening skills

- Understand the basics of "quality control" & "quality assurance"

- Demonstrate professional competence.

- Should have an eye for details.

- Demonstrate ability to learn fast and possess good analytical and reasoning ability

- High standard of ethical practice
