We aim to streamline both online and offline business processes, offering a fully integrated sales and order management solution.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for the Founder's Office – Strategy & Operations located in Nagpur or Raipur with some remote work acceptable. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as business strategy planning, operational management, data analysis, and project management. The candidate will work closely with the founder to drive strategic initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure the efficient operation of the company.QualificationsSkills in business strategy planning and project managementOperational management and process streamlining experienceData analysis and interpretation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExperience in Saa S or e Commerce is a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
