About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior SDET (Mobile Automation)
with strong hands-on experience in
Appium
to join our QA Engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining
robust mobile automation frameworks
for Android and iOS applications, ensuring seamless quality across large-scale, business-critical systems. Prior experience in
Banking, Payments, or FinTech
domains will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    mobile automation frameworks
    using
    Appium
    (Android & iOS).
  • Build and execute
    end-to-end automation suites
    for mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define
    test strategy and automation coverage
    .
  • Integrate automation into
    CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.)
    .
  • Perform
    API validations and backend checks
    to support end-to-end testing.
  • Identify gaps in testing, improve test reliability, and reduce manual regression efforts.
  • Document and report
    test results, defects, and root cause analysis
    to stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years
    of experience in QA automation/SDET roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in
    Appium
    for mobile automation (Android/iOS).
  • Solid programming skills in
    Java or Python
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    TestNG, JUnit, BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
    .
  • Experience with
    API automation
    (Rest Assured, Postman, etc.) is a plus.
  • Exposure to
    CI/CD pipelines
    and version control (Jenkins, Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
