Desired Experience :

- Deep experience in design, consulting and implementation of cloud infrastructure and platforms, with particular familiarity with AWS cloud technologies and tools.

- 5+ years of experience at an architect level with a total experience of 10+ years.

- Great track record of working effectively with mid-size and enterprise customers.

- Hands-on experience leading and implementing large-scale cloud migration and modernization projects, preferably for AWS.

- Hands-on experience designing/architecting and implementing container-based (Kubernetes, Docker etc.) solutions at scale; AWS or opensource experience would be particularly relevant.

- Knowledge and understanding of serverless solutions (Lambda)


- Familiarity and experience using automation and orchestration tools like Terraform, Ansible etc.

- Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP addressing & Subnetting, HTTP(S), FTP, SMTP, VPN).

Expertise in at least 2 of the below areas :

- Databases, including managed databases; AWS managed database experience and any migration/implementation experience in RDS would be particularly valued.

- Cloud Security.

- DevOps or DevSecOps.

- Adept at agile delivery methodologies and have a track record of delivering complex, high-quality solutions on schedule.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Detail-oriented, thorough and structured.

Role/Responsibilities :

- Formulate cloud migration and modernization strategy for customers.

- Understand customers' business and technical challenges; design and present compelling technological solutions with clear technical and economic (TCO etc.) value proposition.

- Present solution options and recommendations balancing feasibility, technological relevance and commercial considerations.

- Drive architecture and implementation of best-in-class cloud migration and modernization solutions with high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Lead architecture and implementation of optimized, cost-efficient, high-performance and secure cloud infrastructure to host data and applications.

- Incorporate automation and orchestration for infrastructure, network and security utilizing appropriate DevOps and DevSecOps tools and practices.

- Assess requirements for DR, and security (based on recommendations from CSPM, Defenders, SIEM or similar) and tailor solutions accordingly.
