Key Responsibilities1. Direct View LED / LED Video Wall installation & Repair knowledge.2. DLED Service support with Lowest TAT3. Experience in Interactive Flat Panel / Commercial Display / Projector / Monitor / Mini PC4. Understanding Circuit Block Diagram5. Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting Skills 6. Technical Support to Engineer / Sales / Business Partner7.
Have experience in managing service centers or experience in handling RMA8. Spare Part planning specially DLED / IFP & RTV9. Escalation Handling, TAT Management10. Ability to propose improvement measures when encountering problems11. Willing to learn new products and technologies
Qualification:o Diploma or B.Techo
Should be from DLED backgroundo Fluent in communication o Strong understanding service of DLED/IFP/Projectoro Willingness to travel Base
