Key Responsibilities
1. Direct View LED / LED Video Wall installation & Repair knowledge.
2. DLED Service support with Lowest TAT
3. Experience in Interactive Flat Panel / Commercial Display / Projector / Monitor / Mini PC
4. Understanding Circuit Block Diagram
5. Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting Skills 6. Technical Support to Engineer / Sales / Business Partner
7. Have experience in managing service centers or experience in handling RMA
8. Spare Part planning specially DLED / IFP & RTV
9. Escalation Handling, TAT Management
10. Ability to propose improvement measures when encountering problems
11. Willing to learn new products and technologies
Qualification:
o Diploma or B.Tech
o Should be from DLED background
o Fluent in communication o Strong understanding service of DLED/IFP/Projector
o Willingness to travel Base
