We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Malaysian Payroll Specialist to join our Zing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and processing payroll for our Malaysian clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing exceptional payroll support. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Malaysian payroll processing logics and relevant statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:Payroll Configuration and Processing:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, with a focus on

Malaysian payroll.Configure and maintain payroll systems to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for multiple Malaysian clients.Process payroll in accordance with client policies and Malaysian labor laws.Calculate and process employee salaries, bonuses, deductions, and benefits for client employees.Experience with specific payroll software systems used in Malaysia.

Skills:Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
