Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Platform/product planning, feature releases based on inputs from Customer Engagement Innovation on new technologies, engineering capability, continuous improvement Ramp up on domain, product & use cases Ability to understand requirements & translate into design, application, test & deliver independently Ability to estimate, plan, track & manage delivery cycles using waterfall/agile/hybrid approach Solid understanding of API Creation and RESTful services Breadth & Depth of tech Stack – UI / RestAPI / Platform / Cloud (AWS/Azure) / Computer Vision / AI & ML / DevOps Hands on with major tech stack Angular/DJango/Python/MySQL/RabbitMQ (Kafka)/Linux/Redis Interfacing with IoT, AI/ML Models, Computer vision, Big data & analytics
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Convert high level requirement into low level design with interfaces
- Hand on with reviewing capabilities of code, unit, system & integration testing
- Database administration and management of a hosting environment
- Performance engineering - high scale enterprise grade high availability robust architecture performance testing, tuning, load, stress & solutioning
- Driving and executing engineering product/platform roadmaps, and willing to take innovative product risk while balancing the roadmap for on time deliverables
- People management, learning & development, hiring & retention
- Stake holder & customer management
- Excellent communication with stake holders, use of appropriate tools like presentations, tools Delivery excellence, consistency in delivery of high quality releases with no P1 / P2 Establish, adopt & execute various processes to deliver high quality code, application & releases People: Mentoring, coaching, regular feedback, KT/Ramp up plan, utilisation & productivity Unit testing, system & integration testing using automation, RPA/tools, scripts with testing team KPI:
