We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Payroll Manager - Singapore
Principal Responsibilities
To ensure that the pay results calculated by the payroll system are accurate and the system is used to its maximum efficiency in meeting payroll requirement and deadlines, To ensure all payments are accurate, timely and complied with different types of Bank’s policies and Government ordinances. To keep updating the knowledge on policy and ordinance changes to ensure accuracy in payments and full compliance with the legislative requirements. To identify streamlining opportunities to eliminate manual efforts and improve the workflow. To lead the change in the transformation journey. To be very knowledgeable in payroll area to provide solutions. To drive more process streamlining improvement initiatives to make the process simpler, better, and faster. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in Singapore payroll related role. Detailed knowledge of Singapore payroll, regulations and legislations are essential. Able to work under pressure within demanding and competing timescales. Possess an aptitude in process management and improvement. Good communication skills in spoken and written English Should be comfortable with Singapore shift and ready to work extended hours if required. SAP SuccessFactors experience is preferred. Finance experience with specific focus on managing Human Resources finances will be an added advantage. Experience of working with vendors will be an added advantage.
